MoneyDep is a deposit system that allows users to verify cash takings, securely store banknotes, and speed up the process of crediting collected cash to the bank account without the need for a traditional cash deposit system.
The process is managed through a coordinated workflow involving the customer, the bank, and the cash-in-transit company.
At any time, collections can be monitored online by authorized personnel via SSL connection with secure login and password authentication.
All transactions are recorded, and banknotes are verified upon insertion through certified validators.

Inside the safe, banknotes are stored in dedicated cassettes equipped with intelligent anti-theft and anti-robbery ink staining systems.
Once the predefined cash threshold agreed with the customer has been reached, the bank and the cash-in-transit company are automatically notified to arrange cassette collection.
Banknote processing, reconciliation, and subsequent bank deposit operations are carried out by the cash-in-transit company, relieving the customer of activities that would normally involve risks and time-consuming procedures.
All MoneyDep systems are equipped with one or two banknote validators and with one or two cassettes capable of holding 1,200 or 2,200 banknotes.
