High-capacity smart safe for secure banknote management
MoneyDep 2000 CEN III is a system that enables users to verify cash takings, securely store banknotes, and accelerate the process of crediting collected cash to the bank account without the need for a traditional cash deposit system.
The process is managed through a coordinated workflow involving the customer, the bank, and the cash-in-transit company. At any time, cash collections can be monitored online by authorized personnel through a secure SSL connection with login and password authentication.
All transactions are recorded, and banknotes are verified upon insertion through certified validators.
Once the predefined cash threshold agreed with the customer has been reached, the bank and the cash-in-transit company are automatically notified to arrange collection.
