MoneyDep BCC is a system that enables users to verify cash takings, securely store banknotes, coins, and cheques, and accelerate the process of crediting collected funds to the bank account without the need for a traditional cash deposit system.
The process is managed through a coordinated workflow involving the customer, the bank, and the cash-in-transit company.
At any time, cash collections can be monitored online by authorized personnel through a secure SSL connection with login and password authentication.
All transactions are recorded, and banknotes and coins are verified upon insertion through certified validators.
Cheques are inserted into a scanner equipped with a magnetic (CMC7) reading head capable of capturing both front and back images as well as cheque data in a single pass.

Inside the safe, cash and cheques are deposited into dedicated cassettes.
Once the predefined cash threshold agreed with the customer has been reached, the bank and the cash-in-transit company are automatically notified to arrange collection of the cassettes.
Banknote and coin processing, reconciliation, and subsequent bank deposit are carried out by the cash-in-transit company, relieving the customer of operations that would otherwise involve risks and time-consuming procedures.
All MoneyDep BCC systems are equipped with one or two banknote validators, one coin validator, and a cheque reader.
